Other Notes: Idaris is the 12th host of the Yedra symbiont. Neither of his parents are joined.
Backstory
Ens. Idaris Yedra is the Chief Science Officer on board the MRV Aquila as well as on MU Station. Previously, he was a junior researcher with the Trill Ministry of Science and the Kem'alta Institute. His main area of expertise is in astrophysics and planetary science. He was joined at the age of 24 with the Yedra symbiont following the sudden death of his field docent Zezna while on a deep space assignment.. Two years later, he was assigned to the MRV Aquila under the command of Capt. Carolanne Burke. His most recent accomplishment is developing the technology to open the Interplexing Interdimensional Rift that allowed the MRV Aquila to escape from the UEP to the Maquis Universal.
Interacting With MU
Now living on MU Station with the crew of the MRV Aquila, Idaris has gotten himself busy as a science officer, working alongside Kairal N'Tori, who he admires a great deal. Idaris also enjoys spending time in MU's main lounge with his fellow station members.
