Backstory

Most of Spencer's background is unknown. What is known that he was a prisoner on the UEP prison camp on Planet PQR-171 where he was genetically modified to develop telepathic abilities as part of a UEP experiment to create a telepath that could sense quantum defects in space-time to carry out trans-dimensional attacks on a certain space station named Maquis Universal who orginally started the rebellion against then Emperor Komtok. The experiments on Spencer were relatively successful except for the fact it tended to drive the test subjects insane. When the Neo-Maquis learned of this experiment, they assigned the recently defected MRV Aquila to kidnap or kill Spencer and any other test subjects and destroy the labs. The mission was successful but the whole experience has left Spencer severely psychologically damaged. Despite that, Spencer was instrumental in sensing the Interplexing Interdimensional Rift (OY, TECHNOBABBLE!) that enabled the MRV Aquila and crew to escape to MU Station.

Interacting With MU

Currently, Spencer is a patient in MU's hospital undergoing experimental treatment to reverse the damage the UEP experimentations did to him. The only person that can get near him without him having a panic attack is fellow ex-prisoner Nisha Bane.
