THK and FCA Trade Agreement AND NOW come the parties, Maggie Keeler of the Keeler Family, and Grand Nagus Erc of the FCA WITNESSETH;

WHEREAS, the parties hereto are the respective commanders of their organizations at the date of signing of this Trade Agreement; and,

WHEREAS, the parties are desirous of entering into an Agreement for the purpose of establishing a Trade between them, for mutual Goods and Services, and said terms are recited hereafter. Both parties fully understand all the terms,

conditions and provision of this Trade Agreement and believe it to be fair, just, adequate and reasonable as to each of them and accordingly both parties freely and voluntarily accept such terms, conditions and provisions.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and of the mutual promises, covenants and undertakings hereinafter set forth and for other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by each of the parties hereto, the parties, each intending to be legally bound, hereby covenant and agree as follows:

1. Effective immediately, the FCA and Keelers shall have trade between themselves.

2. The FCA and Keelers shall provide to the other mutual trade and services, and to work in cooperative ventures to be decided by those in command. It is understood that officers of the individual organizations do not have any power or authority over the officers of the other, and may not order or compel them to do sell them anything, unless they are specifically ordered by their superiors in command.

3. Shops space will be given at a low rate of 10 bars of latinum a month, per shop.

4. The Keelers will provide safe trade routes in time of war, charge a rate of 29% of profit and 20% import/export taxes on the total amount of goods or services for that month.

5. The FCA and Keeler members have the option of being members in both organizations.

6. The parties agree that any of their members or guests may visit the website or websites of the other, without discrimination because of their respective affiliations. Officers of the FCA and Keelers will not harass, threaten or intimidate each other, and may be subjected to penalties by their commanders in the event such harassment, threats or intimidation occur. It is the strict intention of the parties that an atmosphere of mutual respect will exist between the two organizations, and the two commanders agree to take seriously their responsibilities in enforcing this provision.
